"Fantastic location, comfortable beds, & responsive hosts - but a dirty rug, and walls need new paint"

The location was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was easy and smooth. Also, when we reported an issue of cleanliness (a dirty/dusty rug), the host in charge was very polite and responsive.

The cleanliness and state of the apartment/hotel was not the best... Most things were clean, but the living room carpet had dust balls and hair all over it. We ended up asking them if they could have someone come back to vacuum because our young children play on the floor there with their toys. The other slight disappointment was that the walls were covered with scuff marks and smudges. The place really needs a fresh coat of paint throughout, because it felt sort of dingy.

This studio flat is absolutely fantastic—spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully styled. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Plus, it's located in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in Philly!

"The good the bad the ugly"

A very nice space in a very good location BUT an extremely onerous sign in system that takes a good hour, a very large deposit even for returning guests, and no directions on how to use the tv. One doesn’t outweigh the others. Not sure I will use again
