We had a wonderful stay at this place. It is beautifully designed, impressive, and excellently equipped. The staff provides exceptional, attentive service and is always ready to help with any request. It is very spacious, and the location is absolutely perfect if you want a base without the hassle of moving between different hotels. The breakfast was delicious, and they even provide towels for the baths/thermal pools. We highly recommend it

Wij vonden het een fantastisch accommodatie. We hadden een soort van appartement met keuken, woonkamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. Het is prachtig rustig gelegen met een grote tuin met zwembad en sauna. Elke ochtend werd er in een grote aparte ruimte een geweldige, vers ontbijt geserveerd. Deze ruimte mocht ook gebruikt worden gedurende de dag en je mocht er zelf koffie en thee pakken. Toen we een keer vroeg op pad moesten in verband met een vroege excursie, kregen we de de middag ervoor een grote box met een compleet ontbijt, zodat we dat in het huisje konden opeten. En daar boven op komt het uiterst vriendelijke personeel. Met name de host Nicole is echt fantastisch. Ze is echt een gastvrouw en helpt de gasten bij alles wat ze willen. Heel veel tips over goede restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. We hebben hier 5 dagen verbleven en we hadden de 5 dagen erna, op een andere accommodatie, nog steeds heimwee naar deze plek. We gaan er zeker weer terug komen.

Schöne und ruhige Anlage, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber / Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war immer super gut und vielseitig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Besseres WLAN wäre wünschenswert

Excepcional. La casita era preciosa, con una decoración muy cuidada. La sauna y la piscina, junto con los jardines, ayudan al relax y tranquilidad. El desayuno fue espectacular, con comida km0 y abundante. Pudimos degustar los bolos, el yogur, la piña... Nicola ha sido muy amable.

Beautiful property where every element has been carefully selected and all details have been thought of. The apartments, the facilities, the breakfast, the staff…

Given that Azores is a hiking paradise and the still smaller cabin bags allowed providing access to laundry facilities would be great. Consider changing the hair dryer as well.
