Hale Hahalua - Serenity and Ocean Views in Kailua-Kona at Keauhou Akahi

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – wirklich alles war perfekt. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung waren wir begeistert: stilvolles, modernes Design, liebevolle Details und ein rundum gemütliches Ambiente. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und den Golfplatz, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe. Auch die Betreuung war perfekt vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Schon im Voraus wurden wir per E-Mail von Niki und Florian umfassend informiert – von den Hausregeln bis hin zur genauen Erklärung, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen inklusive Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Kurz vor der Reise wurde uns der Schlüsselcode übermittelt. Alles verlief völlig unkompliziert, ohne jegliche Probleme.

The condo was really lovely - very clean, very comfortable and they had everything we needed! The location was very convenient and beautiful! Easy access to all that Kailua-Kona has to offer with beautiful views on a quiet, peaceful property.

The only small complaint was that Is was quite hot during the day. We kept the fans running, but it was a bit uncomfortable in the kitchen/living area. The AC unit in the bedroom did make for very comfortable sleeping, so that was great!

Nicki and Florian thought of everything and the place had everything you could need. Very spacious and clean.

The lighting was a bit hard to figure out and the bedroom was a little dark

It felt like home away from home. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and the view was great

Wir haben diese Unterkunft geliebt! Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Sie war die beste Unterkunft die wir auf Hawaii hatten. Die Ausstattung ist der Wahnsinn. Hier gab es alles, von einem Ofen bis hin zu einem Airfreyer. Die Küche hatte alles zu bieten was man braucht. Auf dem Balkon stand sogar ein Grill. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine war in dem Appartement ebenfalls. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr groß und das Bett war richtig bequem. Ein Riesen Bett was genau die perfekte Härte an Matratze hatte. Der Kontakt mit dem Host lief einwandfrei. Die Lage ist super. Ein Stellplatz ist auch vorhanden. Sobald wir erneut auf Big Island sind würden wir die Unterkunft erneut buchen. Wow!! Diese Tour war unser absolutes Highlight auf Hawaii!! Vom Anfang bis zum Ende einfach nur unglaublich! Wir hatten die Rafting Tour gebucht und es war grandios.

Hello water pressure, showering was a slow process , it took some patience Some neighbors, presumably from the lower floor, immediately left a note on our door, telling us to be quiet while opening and close in the doors. We were not banging doors by any means, but there are two of them and it’s hard to hold one and close the other without making any sound. First time to figure out how the lock works, we definitely closed and open the doors a few times, but that was enough for the neighbors to put us on notice. What if I turned the television on in the evening when it’s dead quiet or even played music? As a result, we were trying to be extremely quiet the entire time we stayed there, but I didn’t like this pressure at all.

The location is excellent, the lanai overlooks a garden, golf course, and the ocean. Beautiful place to enjoy breakfast each morning (with a friendly gecko!). It is close to the bay where we went on a night snorkel with manta rays excursion. It is also close to the fabulous snorkeling at Kahalu'u Beach Park. The owners have made everything one could think of available for guests, including beach chairs, a lovely welcome basket with reef safe sunscreen and snacks, and the kitchen is very well furnished. In summary, we liked everything, except having to leave!

I had printed the information provided, but when we arrived I did not find the unit number with the address and directions. After a few moments of confusion, I found the unit number in my notes, and also then realized my own cluelessness as the unit number is in the logo for the property.
