Clean, beautiful set-up and close to everything.

We had a lovely time at this amazing condo. Everything we could have asked for was provided. It was very comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchen with so many small appliances and beautiful dishes and glasses. Obviously no expense was spared when outfitting this space. We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai which overlooked the beautiful golf course and also had distant views of the ocean. We enjoyed visits from the little geckos who would appear and come to see what little crumbs they could steal from our breakfasts each day. It was on the fourth floor with no elevator so you should be prepared to carry luggage and groceries up, however the parking spot is close to the condo so not a long way to walk. The air conditioner in the bedroom was great as we could turn it on at the end of the day to cool it down before we went to bed, however the louvered windows and ceiling fans were sufficient at keeping things cool for the most part. There were some great books provided, especially the guide book for the Big Island. We took it with us in the car and referred to it frequently throughout the day when exploring the Big Island.

As I said, this was a great rental and really not much to complain about. The placement of the big comfy couch underneath the TV rather than opposite was puzzling. We hunted high and low for garbage bags for the kitchen and never found any and also had some difficulty contacting the telephone service number provided when we did have a couple of questions we wanted answers for. The lanai screen door was somewhat temperamental and as we were instructed to keep it closed it caused a bit of frustration. These things were minor irritations and did not take away from the wonderful week we spent here.

Nothing. It was the perfect spot.

I loved this place! So clean, so we'll equipped. You do not need to bring anything. It's like I was in my own home! Baking, cooking, grilling utensils. Coffee machine and cocktail mixers. I would come back and stay there long term!

I have no car, and to get around was a fuzz. You have a KTA 25min walk away and 204 goes there too (buses go infrequently). The price was also a bit of an umpf, but Hawaii is not cheap overall. I never met any staff, but I didn't mind.

The AC, the space, the proximity to the beaches and town and airport.

Appreciated the snorkel gear to use! Loved how exceptionally clean the condo was!
