Only that the room has not much socket is very less

The staff were quite quick to respond to queries and did express apology for the experience we had upon arrival. The location was convenient and the offer to store our luggage upon arrival till our checkin time was appreciated.

The air conditioning unit in the living room was open when we arrived and a large leak was dripping on the floor. The floor also had many stains - when we complained about it to the hosts, they sent over housekeeping staff to clean the apartment but was told that the stains were due to acidic cleaning materials and there was nothing they could do to remove the stains. the air conditioning unit also could not be fixed during our stay there as they told us that the unit was frozen on the inside, hence the leak. We did not have a working air conditioner in the living room throughout our 4D3N stay at the apartment. The beds were also extremely firm and uncomfortable, which was not ideal as we were travelling with a pregnant lady. The outside bathroom also only had 2 bottles of body soap and no shampoo, which meant we had to purchase our own. Cups and cutlery were also dirty in the kitchen.

Firdt thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the place. The furniture was of good design and quality. The decor is quite modern and done tastefully. A bonus was an LG smart water dispenser which we liked very much. The towels were clean with no stains same as the bedding. Water heating was fast. The internet was fast. The smart TV worked well and can access Netflix and Prime. They operator is responsive to our needs and attended to repairs and our requests promptly.

The doors are made of light materials and the sound of doors closing is quite loud. Door handles are of low quality and is quite noisy during usage. There were ants in both units so need to dispose and store food properly.

Location was central and accessible to most sights.

General cleanliness - towels smelled unwashed, ants in the house and cleaners smoked along the corridors and dropped cigarette butts outside my door.

It was centrally located to town, easy accesible to grab drivers, the management was very responsive.

The one advertised is not the apartment that I got but still clean and good.

The stay was really bad. There isn't much nice things to say. The team tried to resolve the issues but the infrastructure of the hotel is really poor and the service team is not well trained enough to manage the issues when it happened.

Kindly read thoroughly. 1. we have a night flight hence arrived at the premise at 11pm plus. Their service team only works from 9am - 10pm. We have confirmed with the team several times with our booking information so to ensure we will be able to retrieve the key prior our arrival. The service team sent us a file of instruction on retrieving the key and confirmed we can retrieve the key. Little did we know, the team sent us the wrong unit information with the wrong passcode. We desperately tried to contact the service team and tried to figure out how to get the key which took us 30~40 min walking around under the block at midnight. While one of my friend being pregnant and dragging our luggage around. Finally the nightshift manager called us back after several attempts to call them and helped us out. 2. 10 min after we finally entered the room, the power tripped. No hot water as water to shower while it is close to 2am. They sent a technician and we were shown on where the power box is. The power tripped a total of 5 times during that night. 3. The bed were very hard and was just a mattress on the floor. I have specifically asked them if there is an option that we can book for a high bed for my pregnant friend and they confirmed they will assign a unit with high bed. But wasn't the case. 4. The toilet was moldy, found curly hair on the bedsheet. Stains on towels. The room is nothing like what is shown in the picture. 5. The team has communicated with us and wants to send a technician for inspection. I have requested them to come between 7-9pm after our touring day. However the team continues to insist on coming between 9-10am, again 1-3pm despite i have requested only to come at night. I understand and appreciate the team's effort to resolve the issues. However the unit is really not worth the price you are paying for. The team asked me not to post anything on the review however we felt cheated.
