Air-conditioning is not working well in the living room. It’s not cooling enough, causing the living room to be stuffy

"Great 3 bedroom apt in heart of Penang"

Great location and well appointed interior and furnishing. Comfortable beds and good towels.

Master bedroom ac wasn’t working well. Addition of a clothes drying rack would be good.

Everything was so neat and well-equipped with great facilities. The host was incredibly responsive to all my questions, which made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Since it was my first time in Penang, I couldn't have asked for a better location. It was perfectly situated near all the places I wanted to visit, making my experience even more enjoyable.

"Central location"

Location is central however too hot to walk anywhere, so used Grab or drive. There were cafe and hair dresser at ground level. We tried WithMe hair spa, it was really good and would recommend.

There a couple of issue with the unit, water leak from air cond in one of the rooms. Extension plug for microwave and water filter was damaged. One of the bedrooms can't lock as its broken. Management had agreed to look into it.
