"our happy mood was killed by the swimming guard"

everything about the rooms was good

the swimming pool entrance was very strict. we had use the same attire before at other hotel, and there was no issue. but here, the management wants special swimming suit. it is not Olympic pool, please be more lenient about this. people come with kids to enjoy the swimming activities but end up disappointing.

"Clean, convenient, and well-located — would stay again in Penang."

The apartment was clean, and they provided luggage handling for guests arriving before check-in. The location was excellent, offering easy access to all major attractions. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Penang.
