The location was great. Check in was easy

The apartment was in a bit of rougher shape than we expected. Stains in the carpet, broken doors etc.

There is nothing to note other than more toilet rolls based on the number of guests

Very clean and well presented. Excellent communication. Good layout.

Charged 25 pound to check in at 2pm rather than 4pm- seemed unnecessary after already paying quite a lot for the accommodation and meant we would have needed to walk around with our 2yo for another few hours after a long commute if we didn’t pay. All the pillows were very thick so was uncomfortable to sleep. Unfortunately no other options were available. Same pillows in both rooms.
