The location was good and the parking was good. Mattress was comfortable.

Not a drop of hot water in the place. Toilet door handle fell off in my hand. Advertised as luxury, whoever made the advertisement obviously hasn't stayed anywhere decent.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Place was very clean, and the interior looked just like the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked. Full linens for the sofa bed were conveniently located in a compartment within the sofa bed. Really appreciated the videos and photos provided with check-in instructions so that we could find the lock box and garage easily.

There was a notice in one of the elevators that owners of the units should not use their balconies due to safety issues with plates of glass slipping and falling out. One of the main reasons we picked this unit was because of the balcony, which we therefore could not use. A major safety issue such as this should have been communicated to us by the host and a notice should have been posted in the unit. The main front view from the living room windows and balcony was quite unattractive as it was mostly of a large, empty lot used to dump trash, but this view was left out of the online photos as the balcony views were taken of the sides or above the empty trash lot. Instructions also should have been provided about posting the parking permit in your car and it should have been left in an obvious spot, as we did not see the permit at first or realize we needed to put it in our rental car. It also would have been useful and clearer if you had provided the apartment number on the listing and in the check-in instructions and not just on the keys.
