Very clean

Only 1 thin blanket on beds. Very few things were provided, there was no bin bag in kitchen, no tea bags and milk, no washing up liquid etc.

The power and temperature of the shower.

Ill list its easier. On arrival. We didn't have the code. Found out the door was unlocked anyway. Table in living area was dirty. Eyebrow thing on window seal. Crappy cushions on the sofa. Not like the picture shows. No instructions on heating or WiFi. No tea, no coffee, no toilet roll, no sugar, no nothing. Mouldy food in the microwave. Spiders gallor in garden where the cobble is. Beds didn't look they had been made. Towels on the floor next to a dirty bin in bathroom Sink was dirty Empty bottle of water on the floor in the double room. Bottle with looks like fagg buts in Opened spilled bottle of mountain dew left on the floor in the double room In the twin room, beds were pushed together, again weren't made. No clean towels on beds like the pictures show. Bins were full and a smell coming from them so had to keep front room window closed. Me and my friends felt we had to eat out every morning and evening because we didn't trust that everything was clean. I did contact the owner and the code was given, however, after problem and problem he arranged for a cleaner to attend while we were out for a few hours and they ended up taking the key home so when we got back we had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes with two females needing the toilet. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned properly, one of the guests believes he was bitten by bed bugs, and there was a very unpleasant smell

The property was not well maintained wnd could have done with a thorough clean. Some simple furnishing and comforts would have made it much better. For example, no bedroom furniture or anywhere to unpack luggage. You couldnt fill the kitchen sink or bath, no dish drainer, no cleaning products, not enough towels for a family of 4 provided, little cooking facilities, missing tv remotes, no bulbs in many of the lamps (to name a few) On arrival it smelt horrible, the garden was unusable, cupboards were full of rubbish, front bins full. The drive can be difficult to access due to an unnecessary gate post (with no gate) overall quite disappointing & would not recommend. I think the owners need to take this on board or make it known that the bare necessities for a fully functioning stay isn’t available with them.

Warm (once we found heating). Fairly central for where we needed to be. Off street parking was good

No instructions left at the property (eg instructions for heating). We arrived and there was no toilet paper. The wifi is terrible, speed test at below 2 mbps. There was multiple lamps with no light bulbs

Spacious and good value for money. Staff helped instantly when code didn’t work to get key.

Narrow access to the drive.

The property was lovely!! The reviews online made me a little skeptical but seeing it for myself completely changed my mind! Me and my partner loved the house, the host was amazing at communicating and we had no faults at all!

the house was good and just what we needed. Was clean and tidy throughout, with excellent comfy beds and lovely shower.

No normal TV, the house smelt of smoke even though it was a smoke free property drive difficult to manoeuvre.
