The host was very responsive, I did not know how to open the key drop box and he came within 5 mins to show me. The frying pan was missing and he immediately bought a new one and brought it to the property. You could not fault him a pleasant chap.

The Internet was choppy. If they could sort this problem out then it would have been a perfect stay.

I had to call the owner on arrival for the lock box code as I did not receive the automated message Plug removed from the bath tub so not possible to have a bath. Only 3 towels provided even though the booking was four A new roll of toilet paper had not been provided, the roll present was almost finished when we arrived

The decor of the home lovely and clean and spacious

Lovely backyard grass needs to be cut.

The inside of the house was well presented and clean with modern appliances plenty of cupboard space, upgraded toilet/bathroom. Nice size bed rooms.

Owner hardly replied to emails and texts First impressions was a let down, arrive to the front of the house and the first things you see are the rubbish bins full of rubbish, bags of rubbish in front of the bins, rubbish in the driveway, weeds all overgrown in the driveway. Walk out the back door to a overgrown back yard that we were hoping to sit outside and have dinner. The pots were too small when your trying to cook for 4 people only could fit a can of baked bean in the pot and there were only 3. The frying pan was small as well and was rusting. Our plane had mechanical problem in Singapore and we had to spend a night there. I emailed to owner of what happened and we will be a day late. Give him a ring that we are headed to the accommodation to be told check in is after 3pm then says there a lock box with the keys to the house in it and says he'll text me the code. Ask about the rubbish bins and rubbish in the drive get a tex back saying the rubbish bins will be collected before we arrive and all the 6 days we were there no one came and empty them.

The property is extremely poorly renovated, dirty(my feet were black after walking around bare foot) and stinks of cigarette smoke. The bed sheets were dirty, there was only 3 towels for a 6 person house and all the pots etc were dirty. There's no plugs for the sink or bath either so washing up is improbable. There's cables hanging loose out of the walls and the bins outside haven't been emptied in weeks and stink. The toilet is leaking and pools on the floor. I've been in cleaner 3rd world hostels. If I had the money I'd have gone to a hotel the day of arrival. I honestly expect to be refunded.

This property is beautifully nestled in one of Nottingham’s roughest council estates with breath taking views of overgrown gardens and overflowing bins, it even comes with an iconic pair of trainers swinging off the telegraph pole outside the front window. It really has something for everyone, if you’re into motor sport you could sit on the drive with a nice cold beer, inbetween the overflowing bins and watch chavs racing up and down the street on crossers, weaving inbetween the bratts on scooters. If you’re into nature, the rear garden is like a snapshot from the amazon, you may need a machete to get further than 2ft though, I never knew weeds could grow so high. If you’re into luxury, this is the place for you! This home from home has a welcoming smell of stale fags when you walk through the front door. It has been tastefully renovated with only the cheapest of décor, accessories straight out of Poundland and workmanship Bob the Builder would be proud of. There has been no expense spared in the kitchen, it has all the equipment you could ever need for preparing ready-made meals. The bathroom has its own water features with the tap on the sink that splashing water over you and the shower which leaks water all over the bathroom floor. There are flat screen TVs in every room which are great if don’t like watching TV cause none of them work, not all is lost though! you get to watch live episodes of Shameless from the front window. The low-speed internet is something else, it is great for, well nothing really. I genuinely thought dial’up was a thing of the past, obviously not!

Clean inside with 2 bedrooms and full kitchen, nicely decorated and welcoming.

Overgrown back garden , unable to sit outside in the sunshine. The bins were overflowing in the front and very smelly. TV didn’t work properly and no bulbs in the side lights in the living room.

The roominess of the property

Not being given the code to get in early when it was arranged and having to ring them after the original check in time to get the code Looked like we were living in the slums. 3 Wheely bins full of rubbish. Backyard nearly as tall as I am.

Beds are comfortable, heaters work well, water pressure and temperature for shower are good. Owner tried to send cleaner over to tidy, just we are not staying in the house all day to wait for the cleaner.

Broken front gate; backyard is full of long grass; rubbish were left at backyard, next to the already full rubbish bins in front yard and inside the rubbish bin in the kitchen. Limited cooking utensils and not very clean.
