Unique interior

Bathroom did not have place to hang towels. No large mirror inside the apartment

Absolutely unique place to stay. Stylish and clean. Very good contact with the host.

It was like staying in a palace! Amazing old building, and a great location with loads of bars and cafes around. Bathroom also excellent, good kitchen, comfortable beds etc. This apartment is also HUGE! Staff were also extremely helpful and the cleaner was excellent. Highly recommended!

No comfortable chairs really.

Interior is perfect. It was very beautiful and clean apartment.

They don’t have coffee machine, plates, enough gel douche, nothing to clean inside house. The painted door is damage and the door of the neighbors can let you block inside room.

There was no breakfast. Tje room and appartement were beautiful

Like a castle- overwhelming! Huge- in the middle of the university area and in town. Service very good and friendly and prompt. New very comfortable mattresses. Very clean.

Obviously no parking in the middle of the city. Parking facility 20min walk. Electrical cut- due to regional problem. We were informed early and excused. Shower was blocked- Plummer came immediately.

The most I've enjoyed the place - being located in a palace. Absolutely stunning accommodation. And very close to downtown - 10 minutes walking, across from some universities - hence lots of young people in the area. Several bars and restaurants close by, therefore we have enjoyed breakfast in the area and for reasonable prices. I've also appreciated the fact that we've felt a bit cold during the first two nights and we've asked the host for blankets and they've been delivered the next day so we could use them during the remaining nights.

I would suggest a minimum investment (if possible) in increasing the shower area and also improving the sewage plus addition of few hangers in the bathroom, near the sink, maybe even a small shelf where toothpaste and toothbrushes plus some personal toiletries can be placed - especially when there are 4 ladies involved in the reservation. :) Even without these, we've enjoyed the staying. Would return there every time while visiting Bologna!

The property is a dream; the apartment is stunning with beautiful frescoes and high ceilings, tastefully decorated, large, comfortable and fully equipped. It is situated in a perfect location close to all attractions in beautiful Bologna, and some of the top-rated restaurants in the city. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is an attraction; it is simply breathtaking, and a real gem. You have to pinch yourself that such an unique historical property is on the rental market in the heart of the old town of Bologna. The host is also extremely considerate, prompt in response, and most courteous in communications. 5 stars ++, don't hesitate to book. Look forward to being back.
