Beautiful old building just like the pictures. Very palatial. Location was good and accessible to all parts of Bologna. They were using the building to film a period drama whilst we were there!

The shower blocked on our last night and flooded the bathroom and hallway. Little shower gel or toilet rolls for 4 people for 4 nights! The main bedroom had to go through the second bedroom to go to the toilet so no privacy. With a little more attention to detail this place could be exceptional.

The location was excellent, the building is amazing amazing if you want that historic feel. Security was great

some plates and cutlery would be great to eat some take away. Only 1 glass for water. Sheets that stay on the bed and more towels if you are staying for a week.

We were met by a friendly and welcoming Simal who showed us the property and explained how to open all the doors. The apartment is gorgeous and grand - exactly the same as shown on the photos. We were impressed by the size and magnificent fresko on the ceiling. I have no idea why the reviews have negative comments on the air conditioning as it is advised everywhere that the property is not supplied with it due to the historical preservation of the art works. Yes, it is a bit hot at nights but there are 3 fans and it helps with the heat. Overall, this is something to try if you want to have an experience of living in a palazzo.

Amazing rooms if you dream of living in an old palace. Good location and comfy beds.

All furniture except the beds were old, worn and uncomfortable. There was no AC which makes it hard to stay here in mid august like I did. Upon arrival the mirror and lamp in the bathroom had fallen down which was not fixed until the next day. The doorkey was a bit tricky and at one point we simply could not open the door for several hours and were told it could be a while before help could arrive since it was a public holiday. But the contact with the staff was always quick and friendly. And if you plan to use the kitchen - bring your own kitchen towel and dish cloth.

It is exactly as portrayed on the pictures. We couldn‘t believe it. Such an amazing and unique experience. We felt like little dukes and duchesses! Also the communication beforehand and during our stay was great.

It is incredibly incredibly noisy outside because of the party area nearby and the garbage collection in the middle of the night. That made sleeping a real challenge eversince it was so hot we needed to open the windows at night.

I like the size. The historic building.
