Die Lage ist in der Innenstadt somit sehr gut, das Apartment ist in einem sehr alten Gebäude mit historischen Fresken

Die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft, für ein Apartment und dem Preis ist die Ausstattung eher bescheiden. Das Einfahren in die Zone ist grundsätzlich für Fremde nicht erlaubt, jedoch für Anlieger möglich, wenn der Vermieter bei der Stadtverwaltung Bescheid gibt. Dies ist hier nicht geschehen und auf Nachfrage hat der Kontakt angegeben keine Ahnung zu haben. In diesem Gebäude werden verschiedenen Wohnungen angeboten, so dass ein Vergleich zwischen den verschiedenen Einheiten nicht möglich ist.

No air conditioning, insect bites . A bit dark

This was our second visit to Residence Belle Arti . It is a magnificent building with a stunning interior. The location in the university area is ideal. We met the charming owners who showd us their other, larger apartment which is also gorgeous

Not having any cooking facilities is a drawback although i understand why not of course. I took coffee and a cafetiere with me so that I can at least make a coffee!

It is amazing to stay in a 16 century museum like huge room with ceiling paintings!

The building itself.

An unforgettable experience! We spent three days in a magnificent palace! It truly felt like a fairytale. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in real history and beauty

You should take into account the time of year you’re staying there — obviously, it’s difficult to keep such a palace warm. Also, a local tax that wasn’t mentioned previously added some extra costs to our stay in this beautiful palace, and it was quite a surprise. Maybe we missed something but it would be good to know in advance how much is a tax.

Never in my life have I slept in such a majestic room. It was incredibly impressive to experience this! The palazzo is located in a lively (student) neighborhood, but it is well insulated, so we slept wonderfully. The welcome was extremely warm, and communication with the host went smoothly. There’s a Crai supermarket across the street (closed on Sundays), and there are plenty of coffee bars and restaurants nearby. All the main sights are within walking distance. The bathroom and kitchen work fine, but are very basic. A little refurbishing would be a great improvement. Friendly tip for the host: provide a kitchen towel/tea towel and a few dishwasher tablets. Tip for future guests: bring a small motion-sensor night light — it’s a bit of a walk to the bathroom at night!
