Wow. What an impressive apartment! This baroque palace is a show stopper! Waking up in the morning to see the stunning frescoes on the ceiling was a real treat! The history of the property was the reason we booked and it did not disappoint. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the extra space was a great way to start off our trip to Italy. Great communications with the host which made checking in easy!

The hot water didn't last very long.

Stuff was very helpful. Apartment was clean. The interior is superior. Definitely will be considering about staying again then visiting Bologna

Only good thing what did happen to us we met Utku! Super nice guy, but he is just agent, he doesn’t have any responsibility to fix something. Only company can to it.

We booked it because of historical building and good reviews. Totally disappointed!!! Our flight was cancel we lost one day, but when we wanted to arrive at the midnight they informed us about extra charge 40 euro. 3 days we didn’t have hot water to take shower. There was a problem with bathroom all water from toilette went to corridor, and 3 days someone came to fix it. Just left there paper “don’t use”. Almost all our towels were in mud like on photo. Kettle was useless. And no one talked about compensation. We just sleep in historical apartment.

The building is a piece of art. It was extremely interesting to stay in a building built in the 15th century

Maybe some coffee in the room would be great

The apartment is stunning. Unbelievably beautiful and magnificent. The owner or concierge was as helpful as could be - sent the history of the building, a couple of extra blankets, restaurant recommendations immediately i asked. Outstanding service

The electric sockets are a bit wobbly which was worrying

Located in Universities Area the apartment is in an 17th Baroque Palace named Palazzo Bianconcini. Huge well preserved apartment even for four persons. Bologna center area is about 800 meters walking. Have kitchen with modern facilities. For basic food necessities there is food store closed. Sometimes back in time experience.

This is it! Being an historical building, air conditioning comfort is less satisfactory. Also soundproof protection was not invented in 17th century. You cannot have them all!

The Residence is beautiful, exactly as the pictures. It is beautifully preserved and just gorgeous. Location is great as well as right next to it, in the corner there is this coffee shop that offers really good coffee and delicious croissants. Beds were comfy. The amenities the place has were good, some stuff was missing but will detail that further.

It got colder on the days we were there and it would have been great to have extra blankets. Granted, we didn't ask but would be good to have a place where you can go and get extra bedding if necessary. We felt having more practical furniture would do wonders (i.e several pieces to hang coats, towels, clothes) specially when it's 4 people staying. Please note I am purely writing this so it can be an even better experience to stay.
