"Superb"

Perfect space for the five of us and in a perfect location to walk into town. Beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had all the bits we needed.

The front door was a nightmare to open, but we did make the owner aware so I'm sure this will be fixed!

The house could benefit from replacing the windows and installing a double glazed windows as we had to keep the heating system up all the time

"Exceptional"

The house Is beautiful, everything was so much more than we expected , I normally do not sleep well but had a lovely nights sleep, very peaceful street and location is brilliant, only minutes walk into the centre. Parking was easy and the agents were very helpful . The cafes and delis on fossgate are delightful I just wish I had longer. We will be back and will be recommending.

Everything was beautiful. Nothing to dislike.
