"As regular visitors to York we enjoyed stay. A nice apartment but unlikely to use again."

Location close to centre and numerous restaurants close by. Generally well appointed apartment.

Access to top bedroom via very steep stairs. Not suitable for elderly or infirm patrons. Niggling issues re lighting switches , intermittent broadband coverage and ground floor WC (ECO flushing??).

The high standard of decor & furnishings

The downstairs toilet blocked on our first evening so we couldn’t use that toilet & had to go upstairs. Further away from the town centre than we thought

Cozy, comfortable a lovely home away from home when traveling with 4 kids.

They could use an extra set of towels, but other than that we were extremely happy with our accommodations. The stairs at the top would worry me if I were elderly and unsure on foot or a child under the age of 4, maybe. The washer dryer situation was perfect. If you’re looking to wash a week’s worth of clothes you should go to a laundromat.
