The Dodsworth modern 4 bedroom house, sleeps 8

The house was okay for eight people to sleep. There were 5 of us. So not so sure

Beds were not clean. When we were about to go in bed, we realised that on the sheets there were crumbs. It looked as if somebody slept in it and the sheets etc were not changed. Otherwise how could there be crumbs and hairs. We let the property managment know. They said in the morning, after we had to sleep in those beds for a night during our 2 night stay, that they can send the cleaners but we said we will be out and cannot accompany cleaners. They texted me saying it is okay and cleaners can go without us, which we didn't like. I didn't give consent to this. Then after a couple of hours, another text was sent saying that they inspected the house everything was okay. Excuse me?? How can you go in the house without my permission? I said I didn't like that and they haven't even apologised. Nothing. It is not clean at all.

Very nice design and garden.The lounge area could very well accomodate us all (two families)

Relatively Small bedrooms.It would be more convenient to have two bathrooms

Very well decorated Lots of complementary toiletries Garden was lovely - good for the children Chairs in garden were comfortable

Cramped downstairs loo No bath mat as bath very slippery when showering Bedrooms very small and cramped

Amazing layout and beautifully finished Deffo would highly recommend Left my new glass shot glasses that match though 🤣🙈

Beds a bit lumpy A weird noise detector text came through when we were laughing which made us feel a bit uneasy as it felt like big brother.

It was super clean and very well designed.

Some mattresses were uncomfortable for guests & would have been helpful to have salt and pepper in the kitchen. Small tweaks nothing major!

Beds were a little lumpy bumpy!

Beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay!
