A 20 minute walk to York Centre. Overall clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Upon arrival we were very disappointed. The property is on a road in an unpleasant area surrounded by many neglected properties. The garden had not been tended to and the lawn was very overgrown surrounded by many weeds making it very unpleasant to sit in. Some of the garden chairs were unsafe.. The bedrooms were all too small for two people. They were all really only single rooms and too cramped for two adults.

Walking distance to city centre. 2 parking spaces on drive. Well equipped with quality furnishings and fixtures. Clear instructions for self check in.

There was a second key safe that initially confused me. Another armchair would be useful.

It was clean and spacious downstairs, plenty of room for our party of five people.

Outside spaces very neglected, garden untidy, all bins full to the point of overflowing. Downstairs toilet very small and upstairs toilet too close to the sink.

Great location and beautiful house.

Modern decoration

Rooms were small. One bathroom for 6 people seemed short.

Exactly as advertised. Really simple, great communication and a really well decorated and appointed property.

HDMI cable would've been handy but that's a bit out of the ordinary as a request.

Fantastic stay, clear instructions, good parking, great decor and facilities, and very clean. Very comfortable for a group, and close enough to the centre to walk in or a quick taxi ride. Thank you to our hosts. Would recommend and would happily come again!

One minor thing was that there wasn’t enough forks for the number of guests staying. Assume just misplaced as there was plenty of everything else!
