Open living space downstairs. Modern decor. Good base to enjoy York.

Nothing really, bathroom light didn't go off but not a problem.

One shower for a house that sleeps 8 people isn’t really practical.

Very well equipped with nice decor and finishing touches. Hygienically clean and tidy. Good location close to the city centre.

This was a very modern and clean house with all the necessary amenities. The rooms accommodated the six guest with comfortable beds. The downstairs toilet was also handy. The Coop was in walking distance to buy food supplies.

When we noted down the wrong entry pin, no one answered on the emergency number provided. Fortunately we found the correct pin so all was well!

Lovely decor, facilities good with lots of kitchen equipment. Bathrooms were especially nice! We slept well, sheets were soft and rooms very clean.

Nothing major - more shampoo and a spare kitchen roll, when we arrived it was already nearly empty. Also, the kitchen doors are very stiff so need to really pull them to open them.

The layout is perfect for having everyone together at meal times, great open space. The bathroom is beautiful and beds were very comfortable.

Some of the pots and pans/ dishes were not clean when we came to use them.

A total of 5 of us stayed in this room. The house is well-equipped with various supporting tableware, kitchen supplies, sanitary products, washing machine, etc. It is very easy to use. The small independent villa is clean and tidy, and the street is very quiet. The gas stove can be used for cooking, which is very convenient. The bathroom on the first floor is very small, and only the bathroom on the second floor can take a shower, which is a bit crowded. Thank you again to the host for providing a comfortable house. It is highly recommended.
