Riverlea Cottage was perfect for our stay. It was well equipped, great location, and exactly what we needed. Mark, the owner, met us on arrival and showed us all the key things, which made settling in easy. Would happily stay again.

Breakfast n/a. Kitchen was fine. Dining room & lounge ok but too much furniture.

The bathroom: Shower door prone to falling off rails Soap cake in shower - not good quality Watered down flowing soap at handbasin Towel rack falling off wall. Electric but no point to connect it. Washing machine in good condition but we didn't use it. The door from the lounge to the veranda was locked and the veranda was covered in junk. This place could have been nice but it fell short because of the above and also a extremely cheap and uncomfortable bed

The location was perfect for us. It was spacious, quite central (we walked into town) and for the couple of days we were there it was a little home away from home. It would be excellent for a larger family (we rattled around in it) a very social space and the kitchen is great. It was extremely good value in my opinion. Enjoyed all the art on display.

My only criticism, parts were a little worn/stained so when there’s an opportunity for a deep clean that would freshen the whole place up. It was however tidy and comfortable for our stay.
