The bathroom..shower gel clearly mixed with water. Water running slow. Even the toilet pump is also slow.

The staff were not particularly welcoming. The property is very close to a busy road so it is very noisy. The rooms need a thorough clean - there was a large cobweb in the bathroom. They ask guests to complete a review before leaving (you can get a free juice in return) and before returning your deposit.

Our room was dirty, mould on the walls, stained bedsheets, hairs on the bed and the drain for the shower was blocked so the bathroom flooded. The windows didn’t shut properly so the noise from outside was extremely loud. There was no hair dryer, kitchenette or toilet roll. Had to take shoes off before you entered the hotel and leave them outside. Our room was completely different to the description on Booking.com. Spoke to the receptionist who said that we had the right room and there was no others available. The problem wasn’t his and to contact booking.com to which I did and had no reply!! Will not be staying here again, will not be recommending this hotel and will be reluctant to use booking.com again!!
AUProperty wasn’t that bad but booking.com done blunder with me. They showed something else but they gave me something else. Wasn’t meeting expectations at all
