MYSGMYThe bathroom door in the first room is broken! My dad tried to open and hurt his hand! The shower head is also broken! The whole thing fell down! Request to change room! The second room on the bed has like dead insects! You can see a lot of ants walking around on the ground! And the toilet door cannot be closed properly! I really recommend getting it repaired before rent it to guests! Very bad experience!

When I tried to enter there was a locked gate. I had to wait 20 minutes before reception finally came out to unlock the gate. Toilet was literally leaking all over the floor when i entered the room. Sheets and pillow were dirty. Not worth the price, go to a hostel.
MYfriendly services from the owner, safe and quiet environment especially at night, short distance to airport, very convenient to highways and malls, good parking location.
Space of improvement in terms of cleanliness for bed/ pillows/ blankets and may need to consider providing the basic necessity such as hair dryer, toiletries, toothbrush and etc. for certain customer.
GBIt had a shower
The bed.. mattress has a horrible plastic cover on so the sheets slide off, and the springs poke into your body, no matter how you try to get comfortable you can’t. Windows were closed but may as well have been open, traffic noise super loud and no sound insulation - could also hear all of the neighbours making noise through the night. No curtain, just a sheet over the window. Staff who checked me in was very surly and unhelpful. Way too expensive for what it was.
MYThe location is near to the penang airport. The place is really clean, comfy bed.
It's just beside the main road, so expect constant traffic noise.
