Everything, this property was a $200 a night value. Not $700, they also should have disclosed, prior that you needed to bug bo bug bomb your room. They also had an add on cost for a clean room. A huge rip off.

Comfy bed. Beautiful space. Convenient location to town and restaurans. Be careful walking! Beautiful patio if you love chickens.

Had cockroaches in the kitchen Rock floor in shower is rough.Garbage drop off not super convenient. Air conditioner in smaller bedroom smelled fishy.

"You get what you pay for"

Property was up a hill from Cruz Bay with no sidewalks, so kind of scary. The rooms were not well marked and it was hard to find our unit #7.

Not a well kept up apt. While it was clean, it was kind of run down and needed a facelift

Over priced. Stayed two nights but charged a three night cleaning fee which was higher than the stay. Corporate owned and the only person to talk to was with a corporation in CA.
