The house felt hot upon entry, which made me nervous. The AC and fans made it so cold so fast, I slept in a sweatshirt and sweatpants. Very comfy bed, extremely walkable to downtown.

One of the airconditioners sounded like an '80s bike with baseball cards in the spokes the entire night.

The view, it was very clean, the bed and couch was comfortable, and the AC and fan worked well. Convenient location to Dolphin Market for food and could walk into town.

The cleaning fee of $350 is outrageous considering they require you to clean, do the dishes, and take out all the trash before you leave. They should have beach towels if they're going to charge that much for cleaning. The refrigerator doesn't keep cold but they sent someone to look at it. The streaming services didn't work because the Wi-Fi is spotty.

Perfect - very clean and comfortable studio equipped with everything one may need - full kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear… the balcony has beautiful views of the green hills and ocean. The location is perfect as well - a short walk from all restaurants and bars, 2min walk from the supermarket, but still quiet and calm. We felt very safe and the host was always checking in to see if we need something.

The vibe was peaceful but close to all the action. Great host, smooth check-in, comfy bed, strong AC. Zero complaints. We’ll 100% be back next trip to St. John!

Check-in was a breeze, the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly (a must for remote work), and the host was friendly, responsive, and proactive. The property struck that rare balance of being both super functional and deeply relaxing. If you're looking for a stylish, well-run stay with island charm and unbeatable convenience, this is it. We’ll be coming back—and bringing friends!
