This place was amazing! The unit was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it feel like home. The host and team was so accommodating and easy to work with. They checked in to make sure everything was going well and were quick to respond anytime we had a question. It honestly felt like they really cared about our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to Cruz Bay, restaurants, and beaches, but still quiet and relaxing. And the views… absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of our trip. We loved every minute of our stay here and would 100% book again. Highly recommend!

I had such a great overnight stay in Cruz Bay! The villa was super clean, cozy, and in a perfect spot close to everything. The host made the whole process really easy, and I honestly wish I had more time to enjoy it.

There was not much to like at all. The property was nothing like was pictured. They have a few nice finishes topping off a completely unsanitary property.

In the time we were there, which wasn't even a full 24 hours, we had 5 cockroaches (4 of which were 2" long or longer) in the living space. There was mold on the shower wall, ceiling and floor, mold on the bathroom countertop. Blood and a mosquito infestation in the main bedroom. The smoke detector was disabled, off the wall and on the top of the refrigerator. There were two cabinets falling off the kitchen wall. No flashlights available in the property for frequent power outages on the island, but plenty of directions after texting the host asking where we could find them, to tell us where we can go purchase them at the hardware store in the middle of a major storm. We left after one day in the rental, asked for a refund, even a partial refund, and the host denied it.

I recommend you all to read and check the messages cause it is very helpful especially if you're unfamiliar in a place like this.
