GBVery clean and secure. Although we had a shared bathroom it was well kept and tidy. Air con was great and let us cool. Staff were very helpful, even after a broken door handle they came very quickly to assist us and moved us into a new room. Location is perfect to explore malacca and nearby a 7/11 for convenience.
Room felt a little boxy as no natural light from window and bathroom 3 shower didn’t work well but bathroom 4 was great!

MYIt was generally clean, although there were strands of hair on the floor when I walked into the room. It was easy to check in and check out - the instructions given were clear. Shared bathrooms were clean at all times.
The rooms were small and basic. Can feel claustrophobic to some.
