IEVery clean and quiet
BYWe booked this place because of the good rating, but it seems like reviews are partly faked. The room is tiny. When we brought our luggage inside, there was space for only one person standing next to a trash bin. Two people could not walk at the same time. There is no ventilation at all. It's like staying in a closet. And like in a closet there is a spider web in the corners and mold stains on the walls. It was hard to breathe normally and sleep, so for me it was a night of nightmares. AC without ventilation didn't help, it was cooling the same stuffy and moldy air in the room. The shared bathroom was quite dirty. The shared kitchen is equipped with an old water tank, no refrigerator, no tea or coffee. I mean this place is very pricey but they don't have basic things for a comfortable stay. In the morning when we said to the owner that we had a hard night and pointed to bad things, he was like: "okay". Okay, recommend everyone to avoid this place. Don't waste your time and money, take care of your health.

BDIts a nice stay. The outlook is very beautiful. Well managed.
NZThe guest house is immaculate and recently renovated. The location is a bit of a walk to center of old Town and A Formosa. Short walk to mall and food outlets. Our room was quite small, but all facilities are spotlessly clean and really nice. Check in is done via what's app and all worked well. Great showers and quiet location.
