Large Cottage, Beach, Pubs Shops, Netflix, BBQ, Dog Friendly

Location good, Parking good.

Beds uncomfortable could feel springs. Sofa bed uncomfortable but not made up for my father as he could not manage the stairs. I had advised this before arrival. Bedding not in a good state. On leaving the property we discovered in the other bedroom the mattress protector had large brown stains and the pillows brown. (Can’t believe this has been rented like this) The host not interested and blocked photos. Shower leaked into the living room ( hosts advised it was because we left shower door open! The floor was not wet. We did not do that. Downstairs shower and toilet no sink! Apparently you can walk to use the one in the kitchen very hygienic! Outside area not been maintained or cleaned. Don’t expect to see anything like the pictures on the advertisement of the property. Definitely avoid!

Cosy cottage within easy reach of a number of beaches

Noise at night. The church bells ring regularly all night and there was noise from rear of Co-op store that I assume is refrigeration unit - sounded like a washing machine on spin cycle. Wasn't a problem with windows shut but with the recent heat needed them open at night.

Exactly as described, located just at rear of Main Street so very close to amenities but also felt quiet and peaceful. Owner has thought of everything and responded quickly to questions. Beds were all comfy, kitchen and diner well planned and cosy sofa to rest on after a long day walking. For bird lovers it is fabulous, 15 minute drive to RSPB Bempton and Hunmanby Gap beach is also within easy driving distance, super clean beach and dog friendly.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Everything. Was wonderful.

Only issue was trying to get Netflix to work on T v but minor issue!!

Not being able to park near No extras left i.e. Milk, pepper (Coffee was like rock so not sure how old it was)

The property is deceptively large and really comfortable. It has everything you need and is on the same street as the local shops, takeaways and two lovely pubs. The downstairs has plenty of space for sitting, the kitchen is well equipped and the downstairs toilet /shower room is great. We loved the double sitting room, with books and games available. There is a lovely little outdoor seating area with a barbecue set. Upstairs has a bathroom and three bedrooms. All the beds were lovely and comfy and the bedrooms were decorated beautifully. The smallest room with bunk beds also comes equipped with books.
