"Clean, quiet, superb location. Everything you need!"

What an amazing cottage. Set just through an archway off the main road in Hunmanby but don't let that fool you into thinking it's a busy road. Parking is easy on the road, Co-Op, Chinese, 3 pubs ( one we didn't try), handy DiY shop, pizza and a fish and chip shop not to mention a butchers. White Swan serves excellent food and its a 1 min walk. Piebald Pub is a 10min walk and the pies are delicious with 52 to choose from! Cottage is cosy, 3 good Size bedrooms, log burner in the open plan kitchen/ living room, tea and coffee left. Very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. We will definitely be returning soon as we love it!

We enjoyed the cosy feel, the beds were very comfy, the overall modern look to the place. It was the ideal location to visit Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. There are a couple of pubs to visit, it has two shops round the corner too. Also it was dog friendly. Also, the host was very helpful and was only a message away if you needed anything.

Sometimes Netflix and other streaming services would not upload.

"Very comfortable and the kitchen is done really nicely."

The properties location is fantastic for walking to all the amenities. You don’t need a car once you’re there. The kitchen is really nicely done and has all you need to prepare a full meal. Also dog friendly which is such a bonus.

The only negative if I’m being really picky is the lack of parking, however the owner made this really clear to us and also there is free parking available on the main road nearby.

"Exceptional Host"

beautiful comfortable cottage, very clean, exceptional host, everything was catered for to include all toiletries, was also granted a later checkout which we were very grateful for as only stopping overnight, had the best nights sleep too, would highly recommend.

The cottage was excellent the white swan has been modernised better allround hunmanby chilled.buthers, bakers, takeaways if you want them, beach access at reighton or hunmanby gap five or ten minutes drive as is filey.

"Highly recommended, lovely cottage"

The cottage was so lovely and felt homely. Attention to detail of everything was perfect. Easy to find, right in the centre of Hunmanby. Shops pubs near by and dog friendly everywhere.. Host, Amanda kept in touch in case we needed anything. Just perfect.

Nothing, it was wonderful and we could have just moved in and lives there !
