AEROPARTMENT & AEROTEL, London Heathrow Airport, Terminal 4, EV Stations & Cheap Parking on site!

This is not located at the airport - It has nothing to do AEROTEL located in the airport.

I have repleated tried to contact this provided but they havent come back - I want a refund.

Nothing… we did not stay due to concerns over it being falsely advertised!

This hotel was falsely advertised as Aerotel located at Terminal Four Heathrow which I know to be inside the terminal when in fact it’s called Voyager House Apartments which are outside the terminal and require car or taxi transport!! Info desk at Heathrow also could not find an exact match on their systems so concerned this was a scam we did not attend resulting in us having to pay for another hotel at raised prices! Hotel refused refund and were not helpful… I would not recommend.

My calls and messages were ignored, and I was left in limbo, with no help. Found accommodation at another location that I couldn't praise enough.

The property management never showed up to give us the keys.

This was an absolute disaster. Even though we paid fully in advance, no one responded to give us access instructions. We were left without anywhere to stay on the night in question.

I have already filed a complaint. This property is not at Heathrow Terminal 4. It’s 2 miles away. No manager on property. Nobody on premise with a key or room assignment. Unable to get any help by phone. After three frustrating hours we left and found alternate accommodation. I have since cancelled my next booking.com reservation which appears similarly mis-represented.

The apartment was at 85° when I arrived, and I could not get it cool down throughout the entire evening. Instructions for the air conditioning system did not exist, and I had to try to get instructions over the Internet.

The front door to the building was open, so there was no security. The instruction booklet, and the apartment had very little information about the apartment, the utilities in the apartment, the light switches. There were no paper towels or Kleenexes.

Nothing

No stuff to help. I was on crutches and requested help with my luggage. I was told there was an elevator that I could take up the stairs. The elevator was broken. So I had to find a random person to help me with my luggage. And when I checked into the room, there was no toilet paper and I got no response from the house.
