Other than the nice lady that served his breakfast, we really didn’t see any other staff than initial check-in. Although it was beautiful, some things didn’t work and the management did not respond to our multiple requests to repair a broken toilet seat. Mostly clean, but filthy under the bed.

This was our first visit to a Riad. Issam was most helpful. The arrangements made were excellent for the stay.

The steps to the bedroom floor were too high.

La casa es divina!!!! Es como sumergirse un rato en el mundo Tunecino. La decoración es inmejorable. El trato del personal es muy muy bueno. La habitación es cómoda. Aclaro que todo esto es si vas a buscar ese tipo de alojamiento. Yo quería eso.

Esta metida en el medio de la medina. Encontrar la puerta puede ser un poco estresante. Igualmente estan atentos a tu llegada. Secreto no hay que ponerse nervioso.

La situación y poco más

No estaba limpio, las toallas de la habitación estaban súper sucias. Entraba aire del exterior por la noche y hacía frío. Se veía un riad muy dejado y sin cuidado. El desayuno muy escaso, poca proteína solo cosas dulces.

Ambiente muy acogedor

Falta de receptaculos para basura en baño, y TV sin conexión abierta. No realiza aseo de cama.
