Las instalaciones comunes de la entrada están muy bien pero las habitaciones no se corresponden con el precio. El desayuno bueno y el servicio muy amable

Vieles: Zunächst hieß Booking hätte die Buchung annulliert was nicht stimmte. Dann sollten wir in ein anderes Hotel ziehen und nochmals bezahlen. Nach einigen Hin und her konnten wir in einen recht herunter gekommenen Zimmer bleiben. Anlage ist nicht gepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer und Betten nicht sauber. Indiskutabeles Prei-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr durchschnittliches Frühstück. Wir raten ab!

It's a beautiful, atmospheric, traditional house in the Medina. The common areas of the house have been very nicely renovated and decorated. The owner helped me arrange a trip outside of Tozeur.

Whereas the common areas of the house have been beautifully renovated and furnished, in my room it was a different story altogether. The room was shabbily furnished with grubby old furniture in poor condition. The room was also inadequately cleaned. For example, the dirty scraps of carpet on the floor of the room and in the bathroom. Furthermore, while a heater was provided, it was inadequate, and the room was very cold at night. The photos on the Booking website in no way prepared me for the reality of the shabby little room I stayed in. I had supposedly booked a "deluxe" room. This was a poor joke. Given the photos on the website, my expectations had been high. This was the most expensive accommodation during my two weeks travelling in Tunisia, and the only place where I was not comfortable at all.

Bien situé, lieu très joli et bien décoré. Le personnel est gentil et à l’écoute. Parfait

Il y a un manque généralisé d’entretiens sur les équipements des chambres.
