Charming place... it feels so comfy. The inner courtyard with the pool is an oasis you don't want to leave. The decorations and restoration of the place are remarkably well done. It's in the heart of the old town and you can only reach it by foot (which is charming but very confusing for my driver). It's hard to find in the labyrinth of the medina (google maps is not accurate there) but people around are really helpful.

Myself as well as other travellers reached the place to find nobody there. I was let in by another guest. The receptionist is friendly and reachable by phone, but since you don't have the WiFi password before arrival - and like myself most foreigners will not have mobile data on their phones - you actually can't reach the reception staff. You may have to wait for hours unless you find somebody to call him for you. I suggest leaving the password for the WiFi in the receptionist area, so that way, if nobody is there, at least you can contact the reception staff.

Très beau palais bien décoré et très bien rénové. En pleine médina à côté du centre. Excellent accueil et service à la carte: repas, massage, sortie tout à été organisé par notre hôte à nos horaires.

Un tipico riad tunisino, caratterizzato da colori vivaci, dettagli ricercati. Particolarmente suggestiva la piccola piscina, perfettamente inserita in un'ambientazione affascinante. La colazione è eccellente, con un'ampia varietà di cose buone. La posizione è assolutamente strategica, ideale per esplorare Tozeur.

Suggerirei di migliorare l'illuminazione. Inoltre, sarebbe opportuno aggiungere una porta al bagno per garantire maggiore privacy.
