La terraza con vistas, ubicación y el parking. Muy cómodo con todos los servicios al lado, supermercados, bares, restaurantes y la playa a pie del edificio

Camas muy malas, suenan, colchón se hunde, muy malo. Salía mal olor por el baño.

La situación del apartamento.

Muebles muy deteriorados. La cabina de ducha perdía agua. Las puertas de la terraza no cerraban bien entraba mucho aire. Las camas incómodas.

Verouderde inrichting. Karig serviesgoed en bestek. Ontbreken van zaken die wel bij de faciliteiten stonden, zoals droogrek en verwarming. Airco blies alleen lauwe lucht. Zelf een kacheltje ter waarde van 53 euro aangeschaft.
