Great location, 12minute uber ride to NEC. Clean and warm Very responsive staff, had an issue with the heating and they came to fix it within a few hours Has all the facilities that you need I loved everything, Will stay again next time i'm in birmingham

The property is very nicely decorated, with new carpet, comfortable furnishings and overall nice and new. All the features that you might need during your stay are available from kitchen utensils to tv and hair dryer.

When we arrived, it was 12 degrees inside the property and we were told by the managing agency that we were supposed to specifically request the heating to be turned on before we arrived. Needless to say we were very disappointed and frustrated considering we had provided the specific time of our arrival and the fact that we were travelling with a very young child under 2.

We the whole family stayed in this property and every body was happy and liked the ambience.

Every thing was marvelous. Nothing wrong with anything.

The apartment was clean and modern. Free parking was available. Nice living room and kitchen.

The flat is on the first floor. So I had to carry all the luggage upstairs. That was a surprise. But I am not complaining about that. We were four people, and one of the beds was in repair. So, one of us had to sleep on the couch. Hosts offered a folding cot, but the place is so tight it could not fit another cot. I felt I paid for 4 beds and only got 3 beds. Beds are also average. My wife complained of backache after the stay.
