Solihull House - Free Parking, NEC, Airport

Host responds in good time, key lock entry so can arrive anytime, small but modern, very well designed and clean property. On demand heat/water. Very good facilities including smart TV and fast WiFi. Short cab/bus ride to station, airport, NEC etc. Corner shop / pub not too far away.

No dishwasher, TV a bit of a faff to initially set up, next door neighbour likes talking until the early hours, but overall would definitely book again!

Perfect size for family, well laid out and plenty of equipment. Easy access, Lots of hot water, comfy beds, lovely linens Fantastic location for the NEC about 15min drive using the ring road. And a couple of good pubs for drinks and food nearby

only things that could be improved was some bigger towels..they are OK if your little, but they are bath towels not bath sheets and a small shoe rack at the front door to put shoes on as you can't wear them into the apartment

Location was great for us and plenty of parking around. It was a really lovely place with lots of space and very clean. Key collection was easy and instructions were clear. Very modern and furnished really nicely. Loved the mini shower gels etc as a little extra touch. Will definitely stay again if needing a place in the area.

There were only 2 forks in the cutlery drawer but the place sleeps 4, I think they’ve been taken by previous guests. Also only 2 chairs at the dining table which wasn’t ideal for 3 of us. Bathroom fan was turned off on the isolator too on arrival so make sure you turn it on otherwise the bathroom gets really steamy! Also very picky, but no wooden spoons only the plastic ladles which made cooking fajitas challenging hahaha.

The property was to an ok standard.

The property is in a poor location. During our stay our vehicle was broken in to. Contractors beware.

The property was very clean and tidy,comfortable beds,fantastic kitchen and bathroom,basically brand new throughout,everything you need 👌🏻

There is nothing not to like,it’s a very pleasant stay.

The apartment was very modernised and pretty! The kitchen was prepped a load of everyday things like pans, utensils, etc. the host was very quick with responses and really worked around suiting what we needed! Thank you Kevin! :)

Only thing we needed at the time was maybe an iron. But otherwise everything else was pretty much there.
