Excellent n nice experience to stay with Luciya All the staffs are So respectful.great.

in most of the rooms No tamil channel to watch TV shows is bigg worry.

Only the location hotels is walkable distance from the temple

Very well located - right in the East Fort. The staff was so so lovely and personal and I really enjoyed my stay. The restaurant doesn't have many vegetarian or vegan options but what they do have is delicious. The pool was great, especially for the weather. The hotel room was comfortable and clean.

The hot water took a long time to come out. It was fixed for a couple of days but reverted to taking a while to heat up. The outside of the building could really use a clean - we couldn't really see out the windows!

This is 1 of the WORST experiences I have ever had to date. Worst Hotel & inhouse restaurant over priced without any head prices being charged. The very unsafe worst rude staff especially their old sick rouge nutshell head so called manager just controlling my words else I would be ********** no ethics in customer relationships it's just a bunch of morons & goons. Never recommend this Hotel stay to anyone. No hot water, no proper room service, the bed & blankets stink no hot water in the bathroom lots of terminates all over the place BEST place for Hell Setup or to get infected till hell.

Location is very near to padmanabha Swami temple

Room was not clean, inspite of reminding again room was not cleaned properly

They really need to upgrade the facility. This just an average property, the staffs are really good.
