Breakfast was good and good location

TV was not working,no WiFi , tiny bugs 🐜 crawling around the table ,reported but no response From the staff ,Mouldy pillows,Overall not satisfied with the facilities in comparison to the price paid .

Restaurent was not at all a four star, too costly, waiting period more than 1 hr

Room temperature cool is not enough for ac room. Water is very very less hot for bath -not satisfied

Stayed four hot days/nights in May. Midnight check-in went smoothly. Clean quiet room despite mid-city location. Good aircon and shower. Room safe actually worked. Friendly staff. Restaurant with reasonable food onsite. Didn't use the pool but other guests seemed to enjoy it. Walking distance to many city sights, shops and restaurants and good public transport for those further away. Would stay there again. Temple pools and Napier Museum and adjacent park and history museum are worth visiting.

Good to have a window but it needed cleaning. Bathroom was a bit tired and worn, and perhaps a bit musty but everything needed was there and worked. All OK really.

The facilities provided were very good and the proximity to the temple is the greatest advantage.The rooms were clean and the ambience was extraordinary.

Suggestion - Can you please consider including Kerala special items in the buffet menu.

Location, interiors & staff are very good.

Low water pressure in bathroom showers, also water was leaking to entire floor after the shower Swimming pool water was not neat enough to use.

Air conditioning was old type and centralised with less cooling. No option to control the temperature. Bathtubs were dirty. Also there was smell of fungus in the room. Outside view wasn’t there as the cloudy windows seems like they never clean it. Water leakage in the hallways
