Smelling and unclean rooms and bathrooms A/C doesn’t work Breakfast staff are very unfriendly and they are there to watch TV on their mobile

It's nice and clean, and they have front office staff early morning. They would also allow you to check in early morning.

Nothing. Not a single point mention here. Don't get cheated. It is nothing like the photos given. Total disappointment

Room smelly, unkept, dirty. Its not 4star. Not even at a level of low budget lodges. No customer service. Staff don't even know wifi password and they don't care. Toilet and shower pathetic. Stain and broken. Took to a room with cobwebs and stinking. Then the staff said" oh its smelly will give another room" and the second room was no better. There were a lot of drunk men staring at you while checking in as they have a bar in premises. Couldn't go to another place as we were 2 ladies and it was nearly midnight coming straight from airport. Not a safe place for ladies, couples or families.

The location was the only good thing

The hotel is super old, the rooms are ugly and old, with broken things. The air conditioner is super nossy

No breakfast provided for booking com customer...than food rate costly but not worth... no mirror facility inside the room only in bathroom... bathroom room is very concested...
