Decor is a little tired. There is another rental unit in the garden so not entirely private.

"Brilliant location but property needs some cosmetic updating."

Great location, comfortable beds & linen.

Incorrect key code sent. Blood stain on pillowcase, bedside light not working, mould in one of the bathrooms, couldn’t work dishwasher.

Great location. Clean comfortable house with a great selection of different bedrooms to accommodate singles, couples and families. Lots of little extra items tea coffee etc.

Very good location for the railway station and nice quiet residential area. Provision of coffee etc was helpful.

Living room was very small but we spent our time in the kitchen/dining area.

Perfect location, plenty of room for us all and great facilities.

Could have done with tumbler or pint glasses, however this was a small thing and no dislikes at all.

"Exceptional holiday home in York."

Very easy to find the house - 8 minute walk from the station and about a 10 minute walk into the City, Sainsbury's. pubs and some shops within 0.5 miles. House was spotless and very spacious, bedrooms had blackout curtains - useful as it was very sunny, very early! Good kitchen. TVs in all rooms.

It would have been good to have some instructions on how to work the TV's.

Great location only 10 min walk into town . Large kitchen / diner and a great seated area outside .

Parking is tight for two cars but we did managed it
