Very good communication from Anne including very helpful information. Cleaners were very helpful and enabled us to leave our luggage in the property until check-in time. The property was very clean and comfortable. A very enjoyable stay.

Location. Bedding and space.

In need of an update. Filthy windows and weedy outside areas. Not aware of shared outside area. Dust on skirting boards. Mould in bathrooms. Cleaners knocking to come in for bedding for adjoining property hence lack of privacy. Weeds growing in conservatory. Needs some proper TLC.

The property was clean and tidy with everything you need for a short stay.

The property was minimalistic in terms of decor and atmosphere, no finishing touches like paintings in the wall or soft furnishings to give it more of a homely and comfortable feel so it felt a little clinical at times.
