The location was fantastic, rural and quiet with little light pollution, but only about 30 minutes to the park or Williams (a neat little town in its own right). The house was small, but exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms for added privacy. The beds were both really comfortable, the water was hot with great pressure, and overall the place was exactly what we were looking for. This was our first experience in a tiny home-style place, and it took a bit of getting used to...not being able to spread your stuff all over the place, one sink for kitchen and bathrooms, etc. But that was part of the fun for sure.

Hmm...not much. There weren't really any places to sit other than on the beds. There were a couple of small chairs, but not really conducive to sitting and relaxing. It would be easy enough to sit outside if there were a picnic table or something with the unit. I mentioned rural...if you want to be 2 minutes from McDonald's, this isn't the place for you. Other than what you can get at a gas station (snacks etc), it's about 20-30 minutes to get to civilization. We liked it, but some might not.

Halfway between the Grand Canyon and Williams AZ, so it was a convenient location, off an unpaved bit of road. Very close to Valle for food and gas. The park has a mix of newer tiny houses, mid-range (our unit), and a couple very old units. The trailer was clean. It had parking right next to it, and was equipped with a basic kitchen, some flavored coffee pods provided. Clean, small bathrooms with shower products. Comfortable beds. Staff was very responsive to questions, but we did try not to bother them after 8pm.

Some fixes needed, an older trailer unit. The mini split on the king bed side was hard to regulate. We ended up using only the floor unit which was a little stale smelling and rumbly. Handle on the bathroom came off in my hand, not secured, will be an easy fix. Paper towel tucked into window frame, I’m guessing for condensation. Directions could be improved. After entering the mobile home park, turn left at the end of the chain link fence, and drive clockwise around the circle, so that you can see unit numbers in the dark. The entrance sign was almost impossible to read in the dark, not anything the owner can do about that except ask park management to update. When I booked, I was confused by the Williams address (it’s still half an hour north of Williams) but I believe that’s the zip code, in real life it’s just north of Valle, just to give you an idea.

Bed was comfortable. Lighting was good. It was very quiet. A treat to have 2 bathrooms. Nice big, quiet ceiling fans.

Killed at least 10 flies when we arrived. Broken swatter no help. Bathroom doorknob fell off. Door wasn't sealed, big gaps in it. Internet was useless. There were already squished flies on cupboard doors and walls not cleaned off before we arrived. Need to label bathroom liquid dispensers!

It had everything we needed.we only stayed one night but it was well equipped for longer stays as well.clean, cozy, it has air conditioning, heating, water pressure very good,two private showers and toilets, fully equipped kitchen with oven as well.two huge beds. Easy to find, only 15 minutes drive from grand canyon village

If it has a pool,it would be ideal holiday destination even for longer stays
