070A Grand Canyon Studio with Kitchenette, Accommodates 4

After all the negative reviews - "nothing but a trailer", "impossible to find", "were given wrong directions how to get there", "wrong adress" - I was prepared for a difficult journey and not expecting much of the home itself. Totally to the contrary: we were instructed how to get there several times, exact location, precise directions, keycode to open the door was sent without having to ask for it = smooth drive to get there, entry was easy, everything was fine. And yes, the passage through the kitchen is narrow - but guys, we are talking about a trailer home not about a luxury villa, ok? And the kitchen itself is fantastically equipped with just about everything you could desire for cooking, baking or frying, the cupboards are very well organized and labelled. The home is really cozy, and yes, there are seating facilities and tables.

Nothing to moan about

Location is very good to visit Grand Canyon National Park. Good separation of 2+2 beds (kitchen corner in between). It created more privacy. Kitchen corner was well equipped to prepare breakfast or dinner.

No complains

The location to the Grand Canyon is perfect. This was very easy to get to. The room was very nice. It was also very clean. I expected one bathroom, but there was 2 which was so convenient for us. We will definitely stay here on our next trip out.

It was close to the canyon and airport; made our early morning hike much easier to get to.

Coffee pot needs replaced. More mirrors for the ladies.

No privacy divider between 2 beds makes it an efficiency with 2 beds. A simple curtain would do

Beds were comfortable. Had all things we would have needed if we chose to cook.

Long way down dirt road. Booked about hour before we arrived. The owners never sent instructions or code to get into trailer until I called.
