Location was perfect

Quiet location, air con worked well and was needed in the heat. Great variety on cooking utilities.

To use the bathroom sink, need to use Kitchen sink because there is no bathroom sink. It isnt clear to read from description either. There is only one chair and small table to makes it hard to sit down to eat. No information about outdoor seating in the area either. The kitchen fan cover needs a proper clean, is covered in dust and no Labels in bathroom what was shampoo etc. Two bathrooms seemed a bit unnecessary.

The description of the accommodation stated 2 bedrooms, this is not true. It is a mobilehome where the twin beds are in one space on opposite sides of the mobilehome. There is one small table with 1 chair in the mobilehome which is totally inadequate for 4 people. Eating here is absolutely impossible. We chose our accommodation according to the description and photos (2 bedrooms), the photos deliberately distort reality. For these reasons we ask for financial compensation.

We liked the proximity to Grand Canyon National Park. It was easy to find and access, we cooked a small dinner there which was made easy by what was available for cooking.

The setup was a challenge. The “kitchen” is narrow and the main through point between the sleeping spaces. There was also only one or two chairs so if those were taken, you had to sit on the beds if you wanted to relax. Not generally a problem, but after hiking at GCNP all day, I didn’t want to sit where I would be sleeping.

Location! The house is located just a half an hour from Grand Canyon visitor center. So if you plan to spend most of time in canyons then its a great place to stay, where you can have comfortable beds, hot water and a small kitchen.

It was a really tiny house in the middle of nowhere! The host provided a google location for it as it doesn't have a real address. Remember to bring all food and water with you as there is no any store around.

Cool place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, has everything you need. Even good internet connection. Really nice place.

This was very nice surprise. We though it would be cool to have sleepover in trailer park and we really loved it! We were only two but got a studio where four people would fit very easily, there were also two bathrooms. Everything was nice and clean, it was warm even though weather outside was quite windy. It is super close to Grand Canyone, around 20mins by car and for very good price!

Two things could be better - road that goes to the house is very rocky and unpaved which didn't feel very safe and you have to be careful when driving, especially in the night. The other one is that if you are group of four and will get this specific apartment (it's possible that the layout is different in other ones), rooms are not separated, meaning there are two sleeping areas with king size beds on each side of apartment and connected by kitchen and bathrooms in between, no doors. If you will be ok with this, then it's perfect for your stay.

Much more comfortable than expected. The tiny home has all amenities in it to be fully self-sufficient, including everything needed for cooking. And it's just a 30' drive away from the South Rim!
