Eton House - Self Check-In, Ensuite Rooms & Self-Catering Studios

Well location was good, and the room was hot.

KEYCODE changed on a Sunday morning and I had to chase up for new code as I had the the previous code even after being given the code and writing it down it changed again, was there for 12 days asked about getting my towel(s) exchanged and was told it would be £10 per towel. The room is a very small studio room no comfortable chair to sit in mattress on bed had a slight lump on RHS were other people have just laid on the bed and not sat in the uncomfortable chair provided, bathroom was freezing compared to the bedroom and the gutter out room was broken so when it rained and it did for most of the stay the water landed on the floor outside of the room so made going out through side door onto "terrace" almost impossible

Style of the decor

Small room. Window areas in room and communal areas unclean with cobwebs. Charge 50GBP for cleaning which wasnt ode tired in the cost of the online site and the room was never cleaned.

Very disappointing - Lots of issues over the duration (4 week) that took a while to sort, if at all, after being reported. Sadly, we would not stay there again.

Good location. Stylish looking rooms and a very competitive price. Private car park. Comfy bed

Lack of convenient power sockets. Noisy fridge next to the bed and water pipes burbling and dripping all kept me awake. No staff but loads of scolding messages everywhere telling residents off. No cold water on day 3 so toilet would not flush and I couldn’t have a shower: scalding hot. Glad I wasn’t meeting clients that day.
