Location good as was close to family. Lovely big room with bay windows. Bathroom was large and it was a wet room. Kitchen facilities in room good. Nicely decorated throughout. Very peaceful

The ceiling lampshade had lots of dust in it, top of wardrobe very dusty and microwave oven had finger marks all over it. Sink in bathroom loose. Prefer closed in shower to a wet room as water goes everywhere

Lovely big fridge!

I only saw the painter the whole time I was here! Did speak to the call centre and they were great. The doors are very heavy and banged when gravity pulled the door out of my control! I am a 67 yr old woman and felt like a pack horse getting my luggage upstairs! I thought I had a neighbour who was snoring all night keeping me awake. It turned out to be the fridge in my room! It’s very dark in the car park and when returning in the dark was troublesome and a bit spooky! The signage for the property was woeful. I drove up and down a few times looking for the driveway! Tne olive green blanket on the bed has grease marks on it. I turned it inside out so I couldn’t see the dirty marks. Internet was dreadful. I couldn’t use my maps so spent hours trying to find my way back to base!

Your doors Al bang shut. Your window sill were dirty and had cob webs. The room was very small. The hotel was almost empty but u put 2 loud obnoxious young people directly next door that kept me up until 2 am

Very noisy Saturday night due to Party next door at the club.

Property was in a great area and very secure. Great sized apartment.

Only change would be more mirrors, we struggled getting ready for our wedding event as there was only the one mirror in the bathroom which of course couldn’t be accessed with everyone showering.

Very well appointed little apartment. Excellent kitchen facilities. Smooth keyless check in. Lovely decor. TV and wifi all working well. Nice to have a separate room to put the kids in, so in this respect, much better value for money than a local hotel. Great location, well placed for self catering and Yeovil attractions.

The shower was a little cramped for my 6ft tall, large build husband. The room seemed big enough for a larger cubicle. Despite being the height of summer, the duvets supplied were very thick and we were uncomfortably warm.

The building is tired, Poor standard of cleanliness Food was found behind the table lamp desk The room was musty The sink was blocked We were there for a short break and all of the above should have been checked prior to our stay. Gave the owner(s) the opportunity to address these concerns and awaited 28 days no response. The lack of communication only tells you one thing. Will not be returning.
