Upstairs Historic 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Suite with Mini-Kitchen, Porch & River Views

Charming historic 3-room apartment above a home in Beverly. The fresh-picked eggs the host supplied for my breakfast were wonderful. The kitchen was very nice and was better supplied than I expected. I've never taken a shower in a claw foot bathtub before, but the host thought of everything and it worked out great! The view from the porch was terrific. I would like to stay here again.

Room was a little on the warm side and I did not see a thermostat where I could adjust the temperature. Someone parked in my parking space when I went to dinner. I had no place to park when I returned and had to park on the street. Although the vehicle was ultimately moved, overall this was not a plus.

The location and property were lovely and gave the guest their own privacy, with lots of space and comfort. The directions were very clear and we even got fresh eggs from the chickens!

It’s a beautiful home. It is very comfortable and clean. I love the porch swing with the view of the mountains and the river. The fresh eggs that she provided was very nice also. The hosts were very friendly.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property.
