Jupiter St Holiday Home No 2

It was a neat and clean accommodation.

Maybe because of the summer, there were lots of cockroaches everywhere.

The furniture was dirty, dirty marks all over the wall and there were tons of cockroaches all over the place making it hard to have any food at the location without them crawling into our food. There was not enough of toilet paper for the time of our stay.

location was easy for us to get to our destination Hampton Downs. The home was left nice and warm upon our arrival .

Looking through the reviews , all the same issues haven’t been addressed, why do we write comments if they aren’t taken on board, thin blankets, terrible cheap pillows, no utensils , one drinking glass, no lounge sitting for the 6people you cater for , dining for 3? Washing machine incorrectly hooked up to hot water not cold, showers have more water running out of the hose than the shower head. Won’t take much to fix but obviously don’t care enough to fix issues.

The house is big and very clean. Lots of room for our family to recharge enjoy themselves and have peace. Beds were comfortable and the house was so warm, carpet is soft. Lots of space and storage in each room. Beautiful home.

We only had 3 bowls and 3 spoons for our family of 5 that was disappointing. No rubbish bins upstairs in the bathrooms or the toilet downstairs. Not enough utensils to use to cook or cleaning products for the kitchen or the bathrooms. But other than we loved it.

Location, it’s new, we could all stay together, beds were comfy. Garage for the car.

Very little comfortable seating in lounge/dining. Only one glass (4people). Cleaners let you down by not dusting, vacuuming stairs, wiping walls. Shower hoses missing their o rings so water pouring out the join in the hose instead of shower head. One spare blanket in 2 bed bedroom. No salad type bowls. No tea bags. No coffee pods for machine.
