Great location and good size

Close to Papakura township

Could have done with an extra lounge for everyone to sit on . Other than that everything was perfect.

Has good facilities -cooking, laundry Wifi was great and stable There house was clean and neat Check in and out was easy and well communicated

- Location is a bit far from the cbd but can't complain for the price - Garage was very small and narrow which makes parking a bit hard. The automatic function didn't work either so it has to be manually opened and closed everything

Property was big enough to cater to our family and close to where we had an event to attend

Property wasn’t clean on arrival, had not been vacuumed and had a couple dirty cups, the drains seemed to be a little blocked in the kitchen and showers and there were broken draws left in the room. Also before checkout we went to take out to the rubbish and the bins outside were chocker and over flowing with rubbish. I have stayed at other properties managed by the same people which have been A+ excellent, so maybe the cleaners need to be told or hire new ones.

We arrived late, the instructions via email were clear and we found it easy to get in. Equally we thought the home was clean, the facilities throughout the house were excellent. Felt at home straight away.

Because we generally travel in a larger vehicle, this particular time we travelled in our smaller 4WD, which barely fit in the garage. Possibly there could be more information on the sizes of vehicles that could fit in the garage.

Nice and new

Insufficient blankets...whole family was cold the first night and needed to borrow blankets for the 2nd night! 2 drawers in different rooms damaged. Booked for 5 people but cutlery etc only for 4 people Went to put recycling in bin and it was filled with a broken chair from the house!
